12. SINGLE ELEMENT IN A SORTED ARRAY       
You are given a sorted array consisting of only integers where every element appears exactly twice, except for one element which appears exactly once. Find this single element that appears only once.

Example 1:
Input: [1,1,2,3,3,4,4,8,8]
Output: 2
Example 2:
Input: [3,3,7,7,10,11,11]
Output: 10

Note: Your solution should run in O(log n) time and O(1) space.                                                      Solution in C++:

You can perform this operation at most  k  times. Return  the length of the longest substring containing the same letter you can get after performing the above operations .   Example 1: Input: s = "ABAB", k = 2 Output: 4 Explanation: Replace the two 'A's with two 'B's or vice versa. Example 2: Input: s = "AABABBA", k = 1 Output: 4 Explanation: Replace the one 'A' in the middle with 'B' and form "AABBBBA".   190 .  Reverse Bits Reverse bits of a given 32 bits unsigned integer. Note: Note that in some languages, such as Java, there is no unsigned integer type. In this case, both input and output will be given as a signed integer type. They should not affect your implementation, as the integer's internal binary representation is the same, whether it is signed or unsigned. In Java, the compiler represents the signed integers using  2's complement notation . Therefore, in  Example 2  above, the input represents the signed integer  -3  and the output represents the signed integer  -1073741825 .   Example 1: Input: n = 00000010100101000001111010011100 Output: 964176192 (00111001011110000010100101000000) Explanation: The input binary string 00000010100101000001111010011100 represents the unsigned integer 43261596, so return 964176192 which its binary representation is 00111001011110000010100101000000 .
